1 Year of the ladder club! Celebrations and reflections
To celebrate 1 year we hosted our community at Red Bull HQ for an evening of discussion, networking and poetry! Special thank you to those who took part in the event:

365 days since one LinkedIn post, calling for change, led to the start of a vibrant community where Black women no longer have to feel like the “only one”. We couldn't have done this alone - it really does take a village!!
